Delivery times are estimated based on our past experience. Jamonprive does not guarantee that shipments will be delivered in the time shown above as, even though our carrier (TNT) is extremely reliable, shipments could be delayed due to a myriad of reasons such as inaccurate delivery addresses, the impossibility to reach the recipient, or circumstances beyond our control (strikes or bad weather). In the event that shipments are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, buyers will not be entitled to a refund for the cost of shipping nor the cost of the products. |

- After I have made my purchase, how can I find out where my product is?
After you make your purchase and once our supplier has processed the order, we will send you an email with a
unique reference number that can be used to track your order. You’ll be able to find out exactly where your
package is and how long it will be before you receive it. This reference number will also be displayed in
your Jamonprive.com user account, so you simply log on to Jampnprive.com to see it. Then click on the number
to gain access to the TNT page where you can track your order.

- What countries does Jamonprive ship to, and how long will my order take to arrive?
We ship our speciality cured meat products to 30 countries. Look over the list below, and click on a country

- What happens if I am not at home when the courier delivers the package?
Our courier will make 3 attempts on 3 consecutive days to deliver your package. Each time, if you’re not
home, the courier will leave you a note. If after three attempts our courier has not been able to deliver
your package, it will be left for you for 5 days at the nearest office. After that it will be returned to
us.
